Twitter CEO’s Twitter Account Mistakenly Suspended

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey had his own Twitter account suspended in late November. It was just a mistake. Dorsey, who co-founded Twitter a decade ago, has since returned saying the suspension was “an internal mistake.”

By calling it “twttr,” it’s a play on Twitter’s first tweet which Dorsey posted back in March 2006: “just setting up my twttr.”

Last week, Twitter suspended many accounts associated with the alt-right movement, which supports white supremacism and white nationalism.
