PG, Foundation Already Built

Born Mardell W. Miller Jr. in Morehead City, North Carolina, PG displays that charisma and confidence that grabs your attention. What makes him stand out against the competition? His universal appeal, unorthodox lyrical style, and his trend setting presence. Since the day PG was subjected to the sounds of those whom he accredits his musical inspiration to such as Al Green, Marvin Gaye, Rakim, and EPMD. Growing up in a home where his siblings had to share clothes to go to school and moving from place to place, his music depicts his life and things that those who listen can relate to.

PG has been creating a buzz and his ultimate goal is to gain international recognition. Upon circulating CDs throughout the states his name continues to grow. He knows that it takes hard work and he books all his shows. It goes to show that he wants to learn the business while working on his craft. He has sights on longevity in the music business and has already built his foundation.

PG was recently spotlighted in Dena’s Den, an online entertainment magazine, and nominated for the Best Southern Rapper for the Underground Music Awards (2014). He has released two albums, I’m Not the Best But I’m Prettygood and Conversation Piece with the Shawteeeey single available on iTunes. PG recently collaborated with producer J-Bird Production out of Reno and with another artist on a cd named 9 Joints. He is in the studio working on his next compilation produced by J. Stubbs Music Group.
