Kaiyzer, Project-Pens-N-Needles

Kaiyzer is an independent executive producer and emcee out of the Boogie Down Bronx who has put together a series of promotional mixtape compilations to unite Hip Hop on a global scale. He began emceeing at the age of 13; little did he know that this hobby would land him four record deals throughout his career with indie East and West Coasts labels/distributors. Kaiyzer has collaborated with many underground artists from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, and Africa. As well as collaborated with some of the artists who he grew up listening to like The Legion, Casanova Rud, and Pudgee The Phat Bastard Bastard. Kaiyzer’s style is laid back in your face lyrics which are mainly autobiographical.

Life situations caused Kaiyzer to take a hiatus from the industry in September of 1996 and returned in 2012 with a powerful mixtape collaboration called “Kaiyzernomics 2013: The Final Curtain Call.” The 27 track and 41 emcee mixtape received airplay on various indie radio stations and were top 5 on those stations including three #1’s in Canada. His follow up “The Global Takeover” landed him a distribution and label deal with Australian label TDS Records. He’s now working on a new EP and singles for release on iTunes.

Kaiyzer’s current track “Workin’” is considered to be an anthem by those whom have heard it; it is produced by NewYorkOutlaw and features Pudgee and DJ Mr. Phantastik. Another banger getting major love right now is called “The Revival” which is a track that is powerful between the beat, lyrics, and the hook. These songs are from the forthcoming EP he’s putting together called “Project-Pens-N-Needles.” If you want a drop of fresh water in this ocean, check him out. Remember the Kaiyzernomics Movement is not about money, but love for the music and culture known as Hip Hop.
