Eddy Daviz, Beneath The Underdog

The art to entertain has been described in many different ways, but Eddy Daviz’ definition of talent takes entertaining others to a brand-new level. R&B/Pop singer Edward Efani Skinner III, better known as Eddy Daviz, was born on December 19, 1991 in Harlem, New York. As a young kid, Eddy loved to entertain others and was easily able to draw in a crowd with his charisma and dance skills. Even though singing is what Eddy wants to do for the rest of his life, dancing was his first love. It wasn’t be too long before he realized his love for singing and it was at that point he realized the gift that he was blessed with. At the age of fifteen Eddy began singing and taken vocal lessons in hopes of becoming the next R&B superstar.

Due to Eddy’s hard work he has been able to do a few television appearances including on the MNN Network’s “Mother Ship,” HBO’s “Boardwalk Empire” (S2E10), and The History Channel’s special documentary “The History of Cocaine Between The Lines” all in the summer of 2011. He has shown us that with passion and determination anything is possible. Writing and arranging his own music lets us know that every key step is important to Eddy and he will take those steps to make his dreams come true.

Eddy studied music theory and musical theater at Five Towns College in Long Island, New York and obtained his degree in 2014. Also while in school he teamed up with producer Shawn Rey Smith and recently dropped his first project “Beneath The Underdog” on February 24t, 2015. Eddy is definitely someone who is unique and special. The music industry has to make room, get ready, and prepare itself for the impact he is about to make on the world.
