Coming straight from the Vandaveer Projects Terrace Court in Flatbush Brooklyn is emcee Nugg G whose Georgetown, Guyana parents split when he was baby but still remained a staple in his life. What his parents provided for him was a wealth of music experiences with genres such as Reggae, Jazz, Blues, R&B, Soul, and early Hip hop acts like Sugar Hill Gang, Cool Herk, and Curtis Blow. Nugg G credits late 80s/early 90s artists such as Rakim,Run DMC, LL Cool J, NWA, Nas, Notorious BIG, Tupuc Shakur, BootCamp Clique, Wutang, and Jay Z as pivotal influences for his music.

Nugg G’s goals and aspirations are not only to be the best rapper ever, but also to be one of the biggest business moguls ever. Currently he has released 4 projects with The Bossline Project being his introduction. His follow up, Nugg’$ Gift, showcased his diverse deliveries and styles. The Gr8Elephant was his junior contribution that showed his growth as an emcee and a songwriter. His graduate project, and latest, Blacc History, is a reflection of the game and how it needs to be improved. The album is available on iTunes, Google play, Spotify and Tidal.

Nugg G is a focused and hardworking artist who has a vision of where he wants to be and will not settle for anything less then what he wants. In 2009 he founded the company Veeritnam Music which consist of solo artist Young Leeks and himself.
