Mr. Palmer, Do4Self Records


Mr. Palmer born Larnell Palmer II was raised on the Southside of Chicago, IL and began at a young age writing lyrics and performing gaining a loyal local following. He broke into the industry as Black Majik who then evolved into Black Kadafi™.

In late 2013, the successful moniker Black Kadafi was retired and Mr. Palmer was born. His first act was to incorporate his label and became CEO of Do4Self Records, LLC where he is currently developing other young artists, working both independently and collaboratively to bring the heat to the music arena.

Through continued hard work and determination Mr. Palmer is strategically sharing his vision and creativity of Hip Hop with the world. Soon a Mr. Palmer and Do4Self Records track will be blowing up an audio system and DJ booth in every city.

The first release of Mr. Palmer’s is “The Palmer House” bringing his club banger trademark style to a whole new level. This collection is the first in a series which will unveil his rise from industry hustler into The Self-Made CEO™ he has evolved into today.

Mr. Palmer has developed a strong following performing at some of the music industry’s most acclaimed venues including Adrianna’s; Aragon Ballroom, Congress Theatre, Eagles Ballroom, Double Door, Metro, and he even performed at the legendary Apollo Theatre in New York City. Additionally his credits include opening for major label artists such as Pit Bull, Mobb Deep, Yo Gotti, YG, Too Short, Trick Daddy, Trina, and Twista to name a few.

Now Mr. Palmer has title of CEO and headliner— he is poised to grab a whole new audience. He looks forward to bridging the gap between genres and producing tracks for a diverse group of music lovers. Hard party goers will enjoy “Ballin,” for those steeping out there is “Chauffeured Up,” and for the lady lovers you have “Whissle-N-Snap.” Mr. Palmer and Do4Self Records bring a style of entertainment for all to enjoy.
