Tell us briefly about your modeling career and what has come out of it.
I never thought I would be doing any type of modeling again at my age. As time has progress for the love I have for Art & Tattoos is when I caught a lot of peoples attention. With my tattoos is what lead me to opportunities & open doors into the world of Tattoo & Alternative modeling. I want to be able to change peoples mind on how they perceive females that are tatted could also be classy & sexy. This is how Mama San came about & my movement behind my brand & image.

Tell us some of your greatest achievements in your career today. Wow… Just this year alone has been nothing but great blessings. Being able to collaborate with others that is just as inspiring in the same industry & have the same mind set for tattoo women & our movement. I have gain such support from DNA Ink clothing line & Do Werkz as being their rep. model. As well from photographers who believe in me my image. The one most important thing is building Oxide Inc. along side my other brain Poison Ivy.

What are some of the toughest challenges about your job and what are some things you do to overcome the challenges?
The toughest thing right now is time. As you work harder & harder comes more opportunities. Having to balance doing everything that you are involve with along side your personal life. I’ve learned though to be patience & take everything in stride. Always reminding myself I’m doing this with purpose. Having great support system also keeps you motivated & focus to keep going. There’s always struggles behind every success story.

What are some characteristics you should have to be prepared in this industry?
Be yourself, express yourself & always have faith in yourself.

What should aspiring female models be careful of? What are some things that can be unforeseen?
With every choice you make & every turn you take there will be a dead end or a u-turn. People giving & offering fake hopes & dreams. People taking advantage of you & your help. You have to be able to be quick on your feet & do your research always with everything. Also the main thing is as you become more focus you will lose friends & even family members. You will see who’s truly is there for you & support you. At the same time always keep yourself steady. Experience is what makes you wiser. Take it all in & keep it moving. Stay positive & humble.

What hobbies are you into outside of modeling? What do you do on weekends and on your time off?
There’s no such one hobby for me because I love doing so many things. If I don’t make time to travel or take a get away somewhere, spending as much time with my daughter is the greatest thing for me. As well with my parents, family & my pets. Just being able to relax at home & catch up with all my martial arts movies. If you know me I’m the biggest fan of Bruce Lee & Donnie Yen 🙂
