When looking for a breath of fresh air in music, Jehan Havé is what you need. Born September 11, 1993 and raised in East Harlem, NY, this 21 year old African-American singer-songwriter/actor is finally ready to show the world his true colors. Since the age of 5, Jehan has been performing everywhere and anywhere he can. With his siblings and his cousins, they used to put on holiday performances for the family. His first staged performance ever was “I Believe I Can Fly” by R. Kelly and it received a standing ovation. From there, Jehan performed in various school talent shows and school plays throughout his elementary (P.S 206) and junior high school (Tito Puente) years.

At the age of 14, Jehan knew he wanted to take his music seriously when he noticed a show called American Idol. His dreams of becoming Americas favorite singer lead to 4 years of out of this world performances. Taking it to the next level, with a camera and imagination, Jehan created a web series in 2011 called “Tune In With Iconic Ian.” The show displayed Jehan exploring his talents. His peers loved the show and requested more from Him.

In his last year of high school, a program called “Literacy Takes A Bow” found him and a couple other students to create a school album titled “Urban Glee.” Jehan wrote and recorded his first song called “Sticking To You Like Glue.” After graduating Coalition High School for Social Change, he continued performing around NYC, even preforming at the world famous Apollo Theater. He auditioned for many shows like The Voice and The X Factor but never got his big break. Now, attending LaGuardia Community college for Theater, he starts the journey to hone his craft and become an unstoppable force in the entertainment industry.
