Drawn to the arts from a tender age, writing and signing as a small child, Ijah Iba gained most of his influence from his father who was a skilled painter and sculptor. After moving to Montreal, Canada in 2001 he launched his music career. In 2008 he signed with an independent label called DPC Movements Records in Montreal. Under the guidance of DPC’s CEO, Linkcon Prezzy Demetrius, Ijah Iba has grown to become one of the most exciting acts on the Canadian Reggae scene.
