Carmen Perez Is A Renaissance Woman


From notable styles and a stunning stage presence, Carmen Perez’ music is standing out as an entity all its own. The quality of art, music, and dedication put forth by the industrious artist is definitely making a mark and impact on the music community. It won’t be long before you hear Carmen Perez’ music nationwide and internationally. Major moves are being made by this amazing talent.

There’s only one way to describe this Hollywood artist, Renaissance woman. The Bronx born and Puerto Rican raised musician is a singer, a songwriter, an actress, a painter, a filmmaker, and a U.S. Army Veteran. Carmen Perez’ no stranger to the charts and has had hits on Billboard’s Top 40 Dan Club Play and on Top 10 UK Commercial Pop Charts. Most recently in October 2016 her song, that she co-wrote with Matt Powell titled “Pajarito,” was featured on the popular chill out/lounge series Café Del Mar ~ Dreams 9 album.

Upcoming in 2017 will be her new EP titled Space Girl as well as continuing on with her popular recurring role as Captain Vasquez on the Robert Rodriguez/Mark Burnett hit Emmy-nominated TV series Lucha Underground. She has over 60 acting credits and was awarded Best Supporting Actress by the Valley Theatre League Artistic Director Achievement Awards for the play Soldiers Don’t Cry in 2003. As a painter, Carmen Perez work has been exhibited in the Los Angeles area and sold artwork in both the United States and internationally, including art commissions.
