Bokozu Soun Stem, Head Deep in Dub Music

Bokozu Soun Stem started raving in 1993 soaking up and collecting early jungle records. By the year 2000 Bokozu was head deep into Dub music, both Electronic and vintage. Some influences are Lee Scratch Perry, Pole, Rhythm and Sound, Shackleton, and Massive Attack. In addition vocally being influenced by the likes of Prince Far I, King Stitt, and LKJ. At times while experiencing this sound, you get a sense of an inside look into the special island called Jamaica. Bokozu is a refreshing take on Dub poetry/Bass music in a modern experimental fashion.
